Re-defining ‘Leadership’ in the Community
The project seeks to explore the current day understanding and meaning of what constitutes ‘community’ and ‘leadership’ with a view to ‘re-defining’ those terms to ensure we are able to effectively work within our community to reduce violence and conflict and contribute towards community cohesion. The project consists of on-street outreach and consultation, focus groups, and an end of project launch event showcasing MCP’s creative portraiture exhibition.
