I Am ME
Over a period of 10 weeks students worked with MCP, Islah Abdur Rahman, creator of comedy miniseries Corner Shop Show and actor, Michael Truong. MCP ran a number of workshops, including learning how to storyboard, discussions about steroetypes and social media as well as acting lessons. Students learnt to use the camera to film and take pictures as well as other film equipment. The result was a campaign that raises awareness of the isolation some young people can face who suffer from Mental Health issues and the I Am Me campaign that instills confidence in young people to be proud of who they are.
